I didn’t even get my car repaired by them and already trust them! Let me explain: my engine light came on, I called and talked to one of the owners (I believe it was John) for about 20 minutes. He explained my error code, the likely problems and how I should look into my factory warranty before bringing the car to him. Let me repeat that, instead of taking advantage of my ignorance he turned down my business because it was the right thing to do. Low and behold I called the dealer and the problem was covered. Cost me $0. Well needless to say, Alexander’s may have not got my business this time but you can guarantee I’ll be back to them for any other repair not covered by my warranty and I’ll be sure to spread the word. Thanks Alexander’s for being one of the few honest businesses still out there :)
